How do the plants get delivered to you?
Professional delivery is available in the Chicagoland area by our truck. If you prefer, we can also hold your plants at our Store and you can pick them up.
What do I do if my plants arrive damaged?
Call us immediately. All deliveries will be made in person. Only after inspection and acceptance, will we leave.
What type of guarantee comes with our plants?
All Castle Verde Plants are grown on site and are harvested on their 10th day from seed.
How do returns and exchanges work?
We do not offer returns or exchanges.
What is Castle Verde’s cancellation policy?
All cancellations will be delt with on a case-by-case basis.
